CS Jewellers offers 'Easy replacement' option within 10 days of the delivery date except for bullion.
The customer has been granted with one-time replacement option which can be exercised against by purchasing any other jewellery of equal or higher amount except bullion.
The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for the replacement option.
No replacement option available for bullion purchase.
In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
In genuine refund cases, the following shall be applied:
In case of prepaid orders, a 5% deduction on the product value shall be applied and refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase.
In the case of COD orders, a 5% deduction on the product value shall be applied and the refund will be processed by bank transfer.
For cancellation of prepaid orders, a 5% deduction on the product value shall be applied and refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase.
We package our products in boxes which are of high quality and to ensure security. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our premise. However, in the rare case if the product is tampered / damaged / opened before the delivery, please DONOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY of the package.
If tampered / damaged / opened package is accepted by the customer / receiver, Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Private Limited will be not be responsible for the product and NO RETURNS SHALL BE ACCEPTED for such product.
